People
The founders, residents, and regular collaborators behind BREAD.
Founders
BREAD was started by Cage A and Prawns. The idea was to give San Francisco a night for riskier, less commercial club music.
Residents
The residents changed over the years. Regulars included:
- Adam Kraft
- Gewzer
- Botaz
- TF1000 / Tranespotting
- Misoh
- Exteeng
- Shl
Guests and one-off collaborators are listed night by night in the Event list.
Some people use different names on different platforms, so the same person can show up under more than one handle. Profile links are on the Radio shows page.
Beyond the parties
BREAD brought artists from online music scenes to San Francisco dance floors, and several residents went on to their own projects. After the club nights ended, the fundraiser streams and the radio show kept the group playing together.
This page sticks to what people did with BREAD. The lists come from BREAD’s own records and may change as more turns up.
